About SealBud

SealBud sells USB rechargeable bag sealers via this Shopify store, operated as a sole trader in England & Wales. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

We are the seller of record

Although your order is fulfilled by an overseas supplier, SealBud is the seller of record. All your consumer rights under UK law apply to us directly — including your right to a refund, replacement, or repair. You should contact us, not the supplier, with any issues.

Product descriptions & safety

We make every effort to accurately describe our products. The SealBud sealer is designed for thin-to-medium plastic bags. It is a heat-producing device — keep away from children and do not leave unattended while in use. Not suitable for use on very thick, metallic, or zip-lock bags.

Pricing & VAT

All prices are in GBP. SealBud is not currently VAT registered (turnover below the £90,000 threshold). Prices shown are final — no additional taxes will be added at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price at time of order is the price you pay.

Order acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (e.g. suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues). You will be notified and fully refunded if this occurs.

Delivery & risk

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If you provide an incorrect delivery address we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery, though we will do our best to assist.

Limitation of liability

SealBud's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, images, logo) is owned by or licensed to SealBud. You may not reproduce or use it without written permission.

Complaints

If you have a complaint, please contact us at hello@sealbud.co.uk. We aim to resolve all complaints within 5 business days. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may use an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service or contact Trading Standards.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the date last updated.
