Where we ship

We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.

Shipping timeframes

📦 Standard UK delivery: 12–15 business days from the date of your order. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

SealBud is dispatched from our international fulfilment partner. While we always aim to deliver within the above window, occasional delays may occur during busy periods such as Christmas or Chinese New Year. We will notify you by email if your order is significantly delayed.

Important notice about international dispatch

Your SealBud order is fulfilled and dispatched from an overseas supplier on our behalf. This is standard practice for many online retailers. As the seller of record, SealBud remains fully responsible for your order, your consumer rights, and any issues that arise — regardless of where the item is dispatched from.

Customs and import duties

As we ship exclusively to UK addresses, no customs duties or import taxes apply to your order. All prices shown are inclusive of any applicable taxes.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, typically within 1–3 business days of ordering.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping on all UK orders. No minimum spend required.

Lost or missing parcels

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of ordering, please contact us at hello@sealbud.co.uk and we will investigate and offer a replacement or full refund.
