REQUIRED UNDER CONSUMER CONTRACTS REGULATIONS 2013 & CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT 2015

Your statutory right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason. This is your statutory right and cannot be limited or waived.

How to return

  • Email us at hello@sealbud.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Include your order number and reason for return
  • We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible
⚠️ Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Refunds

Once we confirm your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days. You will receive a confirmation email when issued. Please allow a further 3–5 business days for your bank to process it.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your SealBud arrives damaged, stops working within 30 days of receipt, or is not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or free replacement. Please email us with a photo of the issue — return postage will be covered by us in this case. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Product safety

SealBud products are sourced from suppliers who comply with applicable UK product safety standards. If you believe a product poses a safety risk, please contact us immediately at hello@sealbud.co.uk so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Non-returnable items

  • Items returned more than 14 days after receipt (unless faulty)
  • Items that have been used and are not faulty
  • Items returned without prior contact with our support team
